California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) — Your Privacy Rights

This page applies to California residents and explains your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).
Your CCPA Rights
1. Right to Know You have the right to request information about the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the purposes for which we collected it, and whether we have sold or disclosed it to third parties.
2. Right to Delete You have the right to request that we delete the personal information we have collected about you, subject to certain exceptions (e.g. where we are required to retain it by law).
3. Right to Correct You have the right to request that we correct inaccurate personal information we hold about you.
4. Right to Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. You therefore do not need to opt out, but you may contact us to confirm this at any time.
5. Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information We only use sensitive personal information (such as your precise location, if collected) to provide the Service. We do not use it for advertising or profiling beyond what is necessary.
6. Right to Non-Discrimination We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. This means we will not deny you services, charge you different prices, or provide a lower quality of service because you exercised your privacy rights.
